Tower Consultants is a nationwide, female owned boutique executive search firm specializing in the recruitment of Human Resources professionals, which includes field and corporate generalists, compensation, benefits, talent management, organizational effectiveness, executive development, service delivery, HRIS and payroll, training, labor relations/employee relations, and talent acquisition.

Relationship Building
Continuous relationship recruiting is our primary search tool, and gives us an ongoing stream of talent. We constantly build our database with people we respect, who know our reputation and are willing to refer us to others.

Approximately one-third of Tower placements qualify as diversity candidates, and approximately half of our total placements are women.

Continuous Improvement
We consistently survey our clients and placed candidates, both formally and informally, to assess performance and upgrade our processes in line with the feedback.

While we build a candidate slate quickly, we actively encourage our clients to immediately schedule candidates as we surface them. The best are not available for long, and are attracted to the fast-moving, decisive companies.
